TCG Passport terms

What the service is
TCG Passport provides commerce tools for collectible-card sellers who bring their own buyers: Store, inventory, checkout, orders, integrated shipping and transaction-backed reputation. Payment and shipping features use authorized providers where enabled. TCG Passport does not operate global marketplace discovery and is not a payment processor, carrier, escrow provider, card authenticator, insurer or independent dispute arbitrator.
Your responsibilities
Use the service only for lawful transactions you are authorized to make. Describe cards, availability, prices, and terms honestly; protect your account; and review the exact terms before accepting. Card-request messages are limited to the selected cards and proposed deal. Messages and offers do not by themselves complete a purchase. Both participants must accept the same version of an agreement that requires mutual acceptance. Review the payment method, shipping and total before confirming checkout. Use authorized in-app payment and postage flows where available; if integrated shipping is unavailable, postage remains pending. Do not use TCG Passport to impersonate others, mislead participants, distribute harmful links, or collect credentials.
Deal records and completion
A deal is accepted only when both participants accept the same recorded version. Order records distinguish provider-confirmed payment and carrier updates from participant reports of condition and receipt. Provider events do not certify card authenticity or guarantee delivery. Successful completion under the current agreement policy automatically creates the mandatory privacy-safe public record described in the privacy notice.
Service availability
Creating an account is self-service while signup is available. Email/password accounts must confirm their email before using protected product features. Features may change, and account access may be suspended or revoked when required for safety, security, or legal compliance. Do not rely on TCG Passport as your only copy of important records.
